11-08-2026எனக்கு முழங்கால் வலியும் தசை இறுக்கமும் இருந்தது. முரிவென்னாவை சூடாக்கித் தடவி, 15 நிமிடங்கள் கழித்து அதன் மீது சுடுநீரை ஊற்றினேன். நல்ல நிவாரணம் கிடைத்தது. 1-2 நாட்களில் வலி குறைந்தது. இது எப்போதும் வீட்டில் வைத்திருக்கப்படும் ஒரு எண்ணெய். இதில் எந்த இரசாயனங்களும் இல்லை, அச்சமின்றி பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
