Usage:
Vegetable Soup: Cook vegetables (carrots, beans, cauliflower, onions, and cabbage). Mix 2 tablespoon of Millnuts powder with 2 glasses of water. Add the mixture to the cooked vegetables and flavor with butter, ghee, or fried onions.
Steamed Cake (Puttu): Mix grated carrots, beetroot, coconut, spinach, moringa leaves (if available), and salt. Add 2 tablespoon of Millnuts powder and steam.
